We, 9Maiali Watches Limited (the “Company” or 9Maiali), process much account of personal information of our customers using the services of the Internet site (http://9maiali.com/shop.php, “9Maiali Online Shop”) operated by us. The Company’s privacy policy (this or the “Policy”) is set forth below.

I. We collect personal information of our customers when they first register as a member in order to use the services of 9Maiali Online Shop. We will use customers’ personal information only for the purposes and within the scope of use identified in the above “Collection and Use of Personal Information” Section.  We will not use customers’ personal information outside the mentioned scope without the prior permission of the relevant customer.

Customers have full responsibilities to protect their own personal information, and we are in no event responsible for any issues or problems arising out of the leak of personal information caused by customers’ own negligence (including lending or revealing of their member ID and Password to other parties, loss of their member ID and Password due to leaving a Public Computer without logging out, and the like), inherent problems in Internet (including vulnerability of browers, hacking activities by hackers due to the improper use of personal computer by customers), and the like, in each case, so long as it is not attributable to the Company. 

3. Update and Modification of customers’ account information and personal information

I. Customers are responsible for keeping their personal information up-to-date in order to maintain their personal information accurate and true. Customers are solely responsible for any accidents arising out of their provision of inaccurate information. If customers want to make any update or modification to their personal information, please modify the information through their customer account in 9Maiali Online Shop or contact the Company.

II. Customers are required to change their account Password regularly for security purposes, and it is customers’ responsibility to keep their account ID and Password securely protected.
