All straps come with 3 months warranty from us: if the broken issue is caused by our Quality Control, we provide replacement guarantee services.

We check all straps to make sure the excellence before shipping out. If there is a serious issue such as broken caused by our Quality Control, we provide replacement guarantee services. (We apologize that we would not provide any replacement services if there are some minor scratches.)

Watches:

All watches are guaranteed authentic.

For all used watches, we provide 6 months warranty.

For brand new watches come with box, papers and international warranty certificates, they will be provided warranty from the Watches Maker.

We allow a 3-day return period on all watches, they must be returned in exactly the same condition as received. For new watches, they cannot have been worn. There is a 10% restocking fee for return item(s), and shipment charges are non-refundable. (The return and refund policy does not applicable for consignment watch)
