All Price of watches are based on cash payment , so payment by PayPal and Credit Card need extra fees!

Our acceptable payment methods are:

1. PayPal with verified account (US dollars only, for watches need 4.5% extra);

2. Bank wire transfer (check out first and then email to get account information);

3. For pick up at our store: Cash, EPS and Cheque (pick up after cheque clear);

4. For pick up at our store: Visa Card and Master Card (for watches need 3% extra)

5. Trade-ins (Watches):
Trade-ins are generally accepted as a form of partial or full payment towards the watch you have chosen. Please email us your trade and we will get back to you with a quote right away.

We will send to World Wide.

1. Free shipment to Worldwide.
2. Pickup at our Hong Kong store.

Order amount more than US$1,000 will send out via by EMS/UPS/FedEx, normally take 3-5 days to arrive anywhere.

For lower amount order, Item(s) will send out via Hong Kong Post Registered Mail with Tracking Code (around 1 week). Or buyer can choose EMS Speedpost (3-5 days) with additonal charge (USD20 or HKD160).

We will select the suitable way of shipment.

(Any) duty on goods at customer home country will not be paid by us.

Straps:
All straps comes with 3 months warranty from us: if the broken issue is caused by our QC, we provide replacement guarantee services.

We check all straps to make sure the excellence before ship out. If there is a serious issue such as broken caused by our QC, we provide replacement guarantee services. (Sorry, if there is some minor scratches, we won't provde replacement services)

There is a 10% restocking fee, and shipping charges are not refundable.

Watches:
All watches are guaranteed authentic.

For all used watches, we provide 6 months warranty.

For brand new watches come with box papers & international warranty certificates will be provided warranty from the Watches Maker.

We allow a 3-day return period on all watches, they must be returned in exactly the same condition as received. (For new watches, they cannot have been worn)
