A. PAYMENT

For payment of 9maiali products, we accept the following payment methods:

1. Cash, EPS, Cheque

For picking up product(s) at our store, payments by Cash, EPS and Cheque are accepted. For payment by Cheque, product(s) can be picked up after the cheque is cleared. 

 

2. Visa Card, Master Card (need 2% extra)

For picking up product(s) at our store, payment by Visa or Master Card is also accepted with 2% extra charge required.

 

3. PayPal with verified account (HK dollars only, system will exchange to HKD when jump to PayPal payment page, need 4.5% extra)

PayPal is accepted for online completion deal, not for non-local picked up deal. Account must be confirmed or verified, and on purchases amount of no more than HK$78,000 (or US$10,000).

 

4. Bank Wire Transfer

For payment by Bank Wire Transfer, please place an order first and then you would receive account information through e-mail.

 

5. Trade-ins (Watches)

Trade-ins are generally accepted as a form of partial or full payment towards the watch you have chosen. Please email us your trade and we will give back to you with a quote right away.

 

B. SHIPMENT

For shipment of 9maiali products within Hong Kong or to overseas, we provide the following shipment alternatives:

 

1. We provide free shipment within Hong Kong SAR and to Worldwide.

 

Order amount more than HK$3,000 will be sent out via EMS/UPS/FedEx, normally takes 3 – 5 days to arrive anywhere.

 

For lower amount order, item(s) will be sent out via Hong Kong Post Registered Mail with Tracking Code (around 1 week). Buyer can also choose to ship via EMS/FedEx Speedpost (3 – 5 days) with additional charge (US$40 or HK$300).

 

We would select the suitable way of shipment.

Order within Hong Kong SAR is eligible for Free Delivery. While order shipment to countries and regions outside Hong Kong SAR, in addition to the shipment fee, order may be subject to import tax, value tax, customs handling fees, etc. in some countries or regions. Please note that customer is responsible for these taxes and fees.

2. Pick up at our Hong Kong store is also available.

3. All purchase never been sold/shipped to Burma, Myanmar, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, DPRK (Democratic People's Republic of Korea), Sudan, Syria.
